Balder TRCM – Flexible and powerful gate cleaner for multiple water intakes
The Balder TRCM is designed to handle large quantities of waste such as grass, twigs, leaves and heavy logs up to 2000 kg. The model is ideal for power plants that need a flexible solution that can be easily moved between several small and medium-sized water intakes.
The robust hydraulic claw uses only its own weight and water pressure as contact force against the intake gate, ensuring gentle and effective cleaning. A plastic-coated wear plate protects the gate from mechanical wear, and a built-in camera can be mounted for continuous monitoring of operation.
Balder TRCM operates by lowering the claw onto the goods gate, telescopes down to the bottom and grabs the waste before lifting it up and removing it. The system provides high operational reliability and efficient waste clearance in demanding environments.
