When the standard solution is not the best solution.
No power plant is exactly the same. Differences in intake, head, water flow, existing structures, available space and local operating conditions mean that a standard solution does not always provide the best result.
That's why customization is an important part of what Enerquip offers.
We develop and deliver specially designed mechanical solutions for hydroelectric power plants where the equipment must be adapted to the power plant - not the other way around.
With experience from both new and existing facilities, we can develop complete solutions or adapt individual components to the customer's needs. This can range from custom gate cleaners, goods gates and hatches to track systems, lifting systems, stop logs, hydraulics, electrical solutions and other mechanical structures.
From single component to complete system.
Enerquip can contribute both when the customer has a clear specification and when the challenge must first be analyzed.
We can develop:
-
specially designed gate cleaners
-
customized goods gates and intake solutions
-
gates, hatches and stop logs
-
rail and monorail systems
-
lifting and handling solutions
-
mechanical steel structures
-
hydraulic and electrical solutions
-
automation, camera and control systems
-
Reconstruction and modernization of existing facilities
The goal is always the same: to develop a solution that provides high operational reliability, efficient operation, easy maintenance and a long service life.
Experience combined with flexibility.
Good tailoring is about more than constructing a product to measure.
It is about understanding how the power plant actually works, what challenges the operators face and how the solution will function over many years with varying loads and operating conditions.
By combining experience from hydropower with design, production and practical installation expertise, Enerquip can develop solutions that are both technically robust and practical in use.
Does the power plant have a challenge that doesn't fit into a standard solution? Then we start with the challenge – and develop the solution from there.
