The best solution is developed together with the customer.
A good project starts with understanding the power plant.
Before we begin construction, we familiarize ourselves with the facility, existing solutions, operating conditions, and the challenges the customer wants to solve.
Through close collaboration with the power plant's owners, operating organization, advisors and other project stakeholders, we develop the solution step by step.
Our experience is that the best solutions arise when technical expertise is combined with the practical knowledge found in those who know the power plant best.
Needs and mapping.
The process starts with defining the challenge.
We review existing structures, available space, loads, water flow, desired capacity, operating patterns and any limitations in the facility.
If necessary, we carry out inspections and measurements at the power plant.
The goal is to obtain the best possible decision-making basis before the solution itself is developed.
Solution development.
Based on the mapping, we develop one or more solution proposals.
Here we consider, among other things, function, capacity, construction, choice of materials, operational reliability, maintenance and the possibility of integrating the solution with existing facilities.
Together with the customer, we assess and optimize the options before a final solution is chosen.
In this way, practical experience from the power plant can be included already in the design phase.
Design and engineering.
Once the main solution has been selected, Enerquip carries out the technical design.
The solution is designed in detail with a focus on:

Before production, drawings and solutions can be reviewed with the customer so that important clarifications are made early.

TAILORING
Production and testing.
Once the design is approved, production begins.
Enerquip follows the project through the production phase and ensures that the solutions are built according to agreed requirements and specifications.
Components and systems are checked and tested before delivery. For larger deliveries, FAT or other agreed testing can be carried out before the equipment is sent to the power plant.
Installation and commissioning
We don't just want to deliver the equipment – we want to ensure that it works as planned in the actual facility.
Enerquip can therefore follow the delivery through installation, commissioning and functional testing.
Together with the customer, we check that the solution works correctly and that the operators receive the necessary training in use and daily follow-up.
Service and further development.
The delivery does not end when the machine or structure is put into operation.
Enerquip can support the plant throughout its entire life cycle with service, spare parts, technical support and upgrades.
As needs, technology or operating conditions change, existing solutions can be further developed with, among other things:
